Local celebrities and professional dance instructors tripped the night fantastic during the second annual Dancing With Delmarva Stars at Salisbury University’s Holloway Hall. The event benefits The Wellness Community-Delmarva, which provides free cancer support, education and hope to those affected by the disease and their loved ones on the Eastern Shore. The night’s big winners were Kim Messick and Wayne Faircloth. Tammy Patrick-Cebula and Fred Spurlock finished second, while Dawn Gershenfeld and Diego Guzman came in third. The evening’s celebrity dancers raised funds through “$1 votes” in the weeks before the event. The teams spent between six and eight weeks learning their routines. » Click here for the full story.
