The owner of A Step Above Art Gallery and Gifts wants every person who visits his business to be impressed by the generous collection of diverse artwork created by a host of talented, and perhaps undiscovered, artists of the Delmarva Peninsula. “When our guests enter our gallery, I want them to be wowed,” said Outten. “I want them to discover things they’ve never seen before. And I want them to leave wanting to come back over and over again."
